Two Types of Diet Pills: Good and Bad

If you must use diet pills (and I do not recommend them as they can be hazardous to your health) it pays do so solid research. I will give you an

overview here of  six pills but you must do your homework to decide which pills may be the best for you.

Diet pills tend to put stress on your body and heart. Usually they affect your metabolism and are often loaded with caffeine. All pills have side effects and you need to learn what these are before you make a decision.

The Good Diet Pills:

1. Alli: Alli is a fat binder. Also, it helps in suppressing your bunger. Remember that the less you eat, the quicker you lose your fat!

Alli comes with a unique weight loss plan that you can follow to accelerate the weight loss process. This helps you save a lot of money on doctors and nutritionists, because with the weight loss plan that Alli supplies to you, anyone can lose weight very fast with little or no professional guidance!

2. Dietrine: is 100% natural, being created from herbal extracts. It also helps you suppress your appetite. However the difference between the two is in the way they operate. While Proactol suppresses your appetite by binding itself to your fat, Dietrine weakens the enzymes present in your pancreas that aid in the breaking down of carbs. When your carbs break down very slowly, you don't become fat!

3. Proactol: This is one diet pill which is 100% safe and natural to take. This pill not only helps in blocking your fat intake, but also suppresses your appetite. This new pill has got hundreds of fans all over the world.

Now, there are some bad diet pills you need to be aware of:

1. Ephedra: This drug has now been banned in America but is still available through the black market. I would suggest against purchasing it as it is quite harmful. Not only it causes serious palpitations in the heart, it also suppresses your hunger for abnormally long periods of time.

2. Clenbuterol: Similar to Ephedra, it also raises your heart rate and therefore very unsafe to take. This is not available over the counter- if you want it, you need to visit a doctor. However I would advise that you stay way from it!

3. Ma Huang: It is the Chinese word for Ephedra. Need I say anything more? In any case it is now banned in America.

Be careful out there! Study the pills before you take them.
